A long-established Trefnant business, which has relocated to Bodelwyddan to allow for a business expansion, has been applauded by Vale of Clwyd MP Dr James Davies.
Trefnant Garage, has moved to Kinmel Park Industrial Estate to a larger premises, after a £750,000 investment supported by Barclays.
James recently paid a visit to their new base to learn of proprietor Lyn Morgan’s plans for the future of the business.
Following the visit, James said:

“Lyn has built up an incredibly successful business offering the expertise expected of main dealers, without the sometimes excessive expense. His garage is the area’s leading independent Mercedes-Benz passenger car specialist.
“Due to the increasingly sophisticated technology of latest cars, Lyn has invested in the latest computer-based diagnostic equipment to repair a broad range of modern vehicles.
“Work in the garage is carried out by Mercedes-trained technicians. Lyn gained his own experience of Mercedes cars after several years as a senior technician at Mercedes-Benz of North Wales. He has received Mercedes-Benz training in the UK and Germany and has since lectured in Motor Vehicle Engineering at Llandrillo College.
“I was very impressed by his new premises which will enable him to develop and grow the business further.
“He told me the key to his success was providing a good customer experience. I have every confidence that his business will continue to thrive and it was good to meet him to pass on my best wishes for the future in person.”
